New Delhi: During the year, WTI continued to provide support to CITES issues. WTI attended two CITES Standing Committees meetings (Paris and Geneva), one Animals Committee meeting in the United States. WTI personnel were on the Indian delegation.Two members of WTI were the part of the Indian delegation for the meeting of the Conference of Parties (COP-12) which was held in Santiago, Chile in November 2002.
